Custom Made Enterprises (doing business as “Custom Logo It”) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides customized corporate gifts, promotional products, and related services via customlogoit.com (the “Site”) and our customer support channels.

  • Identifiers & contact info (name, email, phone, shipping/billing addresses, account IDs).

  • Commercial information (orders, carts, quotes, saved designs, proof approvals, returns).

  • Internet/network activity (device/browser details, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referring/exit pages, approximate location).

  • Payment info (processed by our PCI-compliant payment partners; we do not store full card numbers).

  • User-content (artwork uploads, instructions, messages).

  • Inferences (segments/interests derived from your interactions).

  • Job-related info if you apply for a role.

  • Sensitive data only if you provide it for a particular purpose (e.g., accessibility notes); we do not use it for advertising.

2) How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide and improve the Site, products, fulfillment, and customer service.

  • Process orders, payments, proofs, artwork, delivery and returns.

  • Personalize your experience (e.g., remember cart, recommend products).

  • Analytics & performance (e.g., via Google Analytics).

  • Marketing & advertising, including retargeting and measurement (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads).

  • Detect, prevent and investigate fraud, security incidents and abuse; comply with legal obligations; enforce our terms.

3) Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies

We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and web beacons to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand usage, and deliver/measure ads. This includes our use of Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
We provide a cookie banner + preferences center and honor opt-out where required.

We do not disclose full payment card numbers to advertising partners.

5) Retention

  • We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out signal where legally required.

8) Children’s privacy

Our Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it in compliance with applicable law.
