This charcuterie platter is made of natural bamboo and is perfect for serving cheese, olives, fruit, nuts, meats and more. The cutting surface has a milled groove around the edges to collect juice from soft cheeses and fruits. This twelve piece set includes a 6 1/4" x 11" serving area, 3 porcelain-finished ceramic dipping bowls for sauces and small snacks, 3 natural bamboo spoons, 4 stainless steel cheese markers and 1 stainless steel knife with a forked tip for hard cheeses. All parts are FDA Compliant.
